For exterior-only cleaning, you don’t need to be home — just ensure we have access to all windows and that any gates are unlocked. If you’ve booked interior cleaning, it’s best to be present or make arrangements for access inside your home.
Light rain doesn’t affect our results, but if the weather is too severe for safe or effective cleaning, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. Our team monitors conditions closely and will always keep you informed ahead of time.
We accept cash or cheque in person or e-transfer, and credit/debit card payments through a email sent to you after the job is complete.
